Are there any unforseen costs I should know about?

No, there are none. You will only pay the costs for calling our accessnumber. These costs will be charged by your own phone company. We will not charge you with any extra costs!

Like any other telecom operator we are not able to guarantee that you will always have a connection. This can depend on many factors, including the amount of traffic and the availability of the person you are trying to reach. However, we will do everything in our power to offer exceptional service.

How are we making money out of this?

We receive money from your operator for every minute you call to our number. We also specialize in purchasing international minutes for the best possible rate vs. quality balance. Based on this we are able to keep our costs low. Furthermore we do not have expensive offices, cars, or stock options, we do not have to send you a bill nor do we have to worry if you are going to pay for it.

How much can I save using this service?

This depends on the type of connection you are calling from (fixed or mobile), the type of mobile SIM (prepaid, bundle or subscription) and the destination you are calling to. In a nutshell, you will save the most if you already make international calls from your mobile phone.

Is everybody able to make calls via this service?

Yes, everybody is able to use this service or from a fixed or mobile number. For use from a fixed line please check your fixed to national mobile rate to see if using this service is interesting for you. Some fixed line operators might have a better rate for you.

Do I have to register to use this service?

No, you can start using this service right away. We do not believe in registration processes or using difficult PIN-codes. We keep it simple and cheap.

Is there a limitation in the number of times I can use your service?

No, you are allowed to make as many as calls as you would like. However, to prevent misuse of our service, we will disconnect your call after 60 minutes. You will be warned by special tones when you approach the 60 minute mark. After we have disconnected the call you will be able to set up a new call.

Why and when should I use this service?

Simple, you should use this service because it allows you to make international phone calls by calling to a national mobile phone number. If your work provides you a business subscription you can make phone calls to international destinations without anyone noticing.
